Pria Ragsdale, the founder of the Divinity Group, gained experience through 15 years of management where she developed communication and leadership skills which propelled her to venture into the entrepreneur world. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Morris Brown University in 2009 in Organizational Management and Leadership, which was very useful in her managerial development in the retail sector. In 2020, an opportunity presented itself to become the Human Resources manager for an Amazon DSP which led to other opportunities to not only manage the HR department, but to start up and establish all accounts necessary to legally function.
